Repodo is the world's first AI-native authorised audit firm. We deliver a full statutory audit, faster and more affordable, with licensed auditors responsible for judgement, oversight and final sign-off.

Law, tax and accounting are being rebuilt by AI. Audit has not. Europe's audit market is worth more than €80 billion a year, yet most of the innovation has been tools bolted onto firms that still sell hours. That leaves a gap for a firm built around AI from day one, with a direct relationship with the customer and an authorised auditor on the signature.

We are not replacing auditors. We are replacing the model behind them. AI takes the repetitive work (collecting data, reconciliations, documentation, transaction analysis) so auditors can spend their time on risk, judgement and the conversations technology cannot replace. Businesses get a clearer, faster audit with less of the administrative grind. Auditors get a job that looks more like the one they trained for.

Repodo is founded in Copenhagen by Ken Villum Klausen, Peter Andreasen and Joachim Strøjer Hansen, who built Lunar as a digital challenger in Nordic banking, together with co-founding auditor Anders Houmann. Denmark is our first market, and the starting point for a model designed to expand across Europe. If you are an auditor tired of the grind, we are hiring.
