# A fixed price, agreed before we start
> Hourly billing means the slower your auditor is, the more you pay. We quote your whole audit up front.

## How the price works

1. **We quote your whole audit.** After a 20-minute call, you get one fixed annual fee and an engagement letter.
2. **You pay a twelfth each month.** The fee is split into twelve monthly payments, so there's no large invoice at year-end.
3. **The price holds.** The fee only changes if your company changes, for example a new subsidiary or an acquisition, and we agree that with you before any work starts.

- A named, state-authorised auditor
- Year-round checks on every transaction
- Your client view: progress, requests and open items in one place
- The handover from your current auditor
- Filing with the Danish Business Authority

## What sets your price

We don't publish a price list, because a fixed price only works if it's your price. It depends on:

- the size of your company and how many transactions you have
- your structure, for example subsidiaries or a holding company
- your sector and any special reporting requirements
- your accounting system

## Pricing questions

### How much does an audit cost?

It depends on the size and structure of your company, so we don't publish a price list. After a 20-minute call you get one fixed annual price, agreed before you switch.

### Can the price change?

Not because the audit took longer than planned. That risk is ours. It only changes if your company changes significantly, for example a new subsidiary or an acquisition, and we agree any change with you before the work.

### How do we pay?

The fixed fee is split into twelve monthly payments. No large invoice at year-end, and no second one in April.

### Can you take on any company?

Not yet. We work with small and medium-sized companies, starting in Denmark, with Sweden and the UK next. Some company structures and sectors we can't take on yet, and we'll tell you on the first call if that's you.
