# Forward Deployed Auditor
> AI-native audit expertise, embedded with the client: onboarding, enablement and adoption of the Repodo platform.

Turn a newly signed enterprise client into a confident, self-sufficient Repodo user. You're the bridge between our AI-native audit method and the client's finance team, on site or remote through onboarding, turning audit know-how into a platform they actually use.

- Based in: Copenhagen, with time on site at clients
- Hours: Full-time
- Reports into: The platform team, not the audit practice
- Background: Trained auditor, 3+ years

## What the role is, and isn't

- **It is**: A platform specialist with an auditor's training. You set up audit actions in Repodo, teach the finance team the platform and show them what the dynamic annual report can do.
- **It isn't**: Part of the team that audits the client's numbers. You never perform assurance procedures, form audit judgements or prepare figures our auditors later give an opinion on. The separation is structural: you report into the platform organisation, not the audit practice.

## What you'll do

You own the client's first 90 days on Repodo: configuration, data connections, chart-of-accounts mapping and workflow set-up, fitted to how they close and report.

- **Enablement**: Train the finance team hands-on and build playbooks for each client, so they run Repodo on their own after handover.
- **Dynamic annual report**: Demo and configure the dynamic annual report, and help the client move from a static PDF to a live report connected to their data.
- **Audit actions**: Help the client put audit actions and remediation workflows to work in Repodo: tracked, assigned and evidenced on the platform.
- **Product feedback**: Bring what you learn in the field back to product and engineering. Every deployment should make the next one need less of your time.

## Who you are

- **A trained auditor**: CPA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent, with at least three years in audit or financial reporting. You speak the finance team's language and understand materiality, controls and the close.
- **AI-native**: Fluent with LLM-based tools, comfortable with data flows, integrations and light scripting, and curious about what agents can automate next.
- **A teacher at heart**: Credible in front of a CFO and patient with a junior controller. You're comfortable being the face of Repodo on site.

## How we measure success

- **Time to live**: The client is fully up and running on Repodo within the onboarding window.
- **Adoption**: The finance team uses Repodo every week after handover, and the dynamic annual report is in production.
- **Leverage**: Fewer of your hours per deployment, quarter on quarter, as playbooks and the product improve.
- **Client health**: Renewals, expansion and clients who are happy to act as a reference.

## Independence, built in

The role covers platform onboarding, training and adoption, and nothing else. Where we also audit the same client, you have no part in the audit engagement, and the audit team independently evaluates anything produced through the platform. The boundaries are set out in every engagement letter.
